New Vocations

Monks both old and new are well known for their brewing and vintner skills. I've been pondering adding these vocations to my "hobby" list. I've tried my hand at winemaking, as well as tinkering in the spirits department. I've even made absinthe. I would like to try to make mead, as well as herbed wines and brews. As usual, my lack of space and fundage are my only stopping blocks.
